Faire enfin valoir ses droits au travail
Un grand nombre de salarié(e)s CJ, PS et PN et basées à Paris, revendiquent d'avoir un contrat de travail de droit français, bien plus protecteur que
le droit irlandais.
21 personnels ont entamé une procédure juridique et attaquent la Direction de City Jet aux tribunal des prud'hommes, seule instance permettant pour un salarié de faire appliquer et valoir ses
droits lors d'un litige avec son employeur.
De plus, ces salariés ont sollicité l'assistance du syndicat CGT (confédération générale du travail) pour les aider à organiser des élections professionnelles visant à nommer des délégués du
personnel et créer un syndicat à Cityjet.
Ces délégués pourront ainsi légitimement défendre enfin les intérêts et les revendications individuelles et collectives des salarié(e)s de CJ.
En étant reconnu de droit français, vous serez protégées par un cadre protecteur basé sur le code du travail français et le code de l'aviation civile français. Ceci vous permettra d'améliorer
considérablement vos conditions de travail et le droit d'être respecté.
Vous trouverez sur ce blog toutes les informations vous permettant de suivre l'avancée des diverses procédures entamées mais également de mieux comprendre tous les avantages à être reconnu comme
salarié de droit français.
Ensuring to assert your rights in the workplace
A great number of CJ employees, ground staff and flight crew based in Paris, want contracts of employment under French labour
legislation, far more protective than Irish legislation.
21 employees have chosen to take legal action, and are taking CityJet Management to labour court, the ( prud'hommes ) is the only authority permitting an employee to claim his rights and in case of
dispute to enforce the law.
Furthermore, these employees have asked the union CGT ( Confédération Générale du Travail ) for assistance in order to organize the election of staff representatives and to create a union within
CityJet.
These representatives will legitimately be able to defend the individual and collective interests and demands of all CJ employees. Being recognised by French law, you will be protected by French
labour laws and French civil aviation rules. This will help you to improve significantly your work conditions and your right to be respected.
